Nunez clearly won (rd 1) - way more active and 1 takedown
Nunez destroys Shevchenko and won (rd 2) - 5 minutes of ground and pound in the 2nd round and turned her face into a punching bag.
Shevchenko shows heart and storms back with an impressive (rd 3) , takes Nunes down the first 1:30 of rd 3 and the next 3 minutes Shevchenko gets off big time in the clinch with knees while Nunes fades severely.
29-28 Nunes by decision.
UFC 215 comes down to how bad will NUNES FADE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS. This is a fight that really can go both ways. I can see Nunes strong with a TKO within the first 3 rounds if her stamina is improved OR I can see Nunes running away with rounds 1 & 2 and Shevchenko methodically taking rounds 3,4 and 5 for a decision. It's a coin flip to me and the odds reflect that.
