GSP was way past his prime when he retired and now he comes back 4 years later? His last couple fights he was showing his "effective" age as he ended the fight pretty beat up looking.
Bisping is looking probably as sharp as he ever has and he beat Silva and Rockhold of late.
The only chance GSP wins if he does the 20 takedowns and somehow influences the judges that is enough.
Judges are being less and less influenced by takedowns as submissions and stoppages are being preferred ways of winning.
The fans dont want more of GSP style and that influences judges as they will start booing if it turns into a wrestling match.

I agree with some of the GSP comments there but let's not pretend Bisping has been looking "as sharp as ever" lately. First off, he hasn't fought in over 13 months. And in that last fight, he BARELY beat the 67 year old corpse of Dan Henderson AND almost got knocked out by him two separate times! Barely eeked out a decision win there. Looked terrible. He fluked KO'd Rockhold simply because Rockhold had destroyed him in their previous meeting and came into that fight way overconfident and showed Bisping zero respect. Before that, he did NOT dominate Silva, almost got KO'd there and barely won that decision. Had a split decision win over Leites right before that. And before that, Rockhold destroyed him. So let's pump the brakes on Bisping looking as sharp as ever.
The truth is, NOBODY knows what to really expect from GSP here and if you think you do, you're just guessing. There is a good reason the line is where it's at because it's tough to know where GSP is at right now. It's a total toss-up in my opinion but to say Bisping has been looking sharp as ever is laughable.

not only that, but Bisping is in one of the very rare positions where as the champion, he would likely be the underdog matched up against probably the top 5 guys in the division if they were to fight him for the title. He continuously ducked Romero/Whittaker and was fortunate he never had to fight Jacare/Mousasi as well. Of course he gets GSP off a 4 year lay off and has a huge size advantage since this isn't GSP's natural weight class. Even still, it's a pickem fight and one that would best be served to watch with a beer and zero money wagered on it if you ask me.
