Bellator 148 Money Makers

Not much to love about Bellator's card tonight, especially from a wagering perspective. I think there are a few props worth playing, but nothing I'm confident enough in to post. I will take a stab at one play, however. I'll have some plays for the UFC card tomorrow as well. Good luck!

Maybe I'm in the minority, but my unbiased opinion was that I didn't have an issue with that stoppage. The ref had asked Butler to defend himself previously and he was mostly just turtling up. Occasionally trying to improve his position to where he wouldn't get smoked in the face as hard. But I thought Johnson was continuously hitting him with hard shots and it was obvious Butler was done doing anything. He was just getting hit over and over in the side of the head and smothered. I've definitely seen refs allow much more damage than that, sure, but I've also seen them stop a fight for much less. I feel you could argue either way. I've had my fair share of legitimate screw jobs in the past few months, but I didn't necessarily consider this a lucky win. I'll glady take my 1-0 and move on to Saturday UFC though.
