Have you ever seen Ernest Chavez fight? And if so what do you think about the matchup with Tukhugov? Im leaning toward the Russian in this one as he looked really calm and composed in his first UFC fight and never strayed from his gameplan. Im just a little worried about the size of Chavez coming into this fight and how affective his clinch game might be. Tukhugov looks well rounded however i havent seen a fight that he was in where a guy just rode him in a wrestling clinch so i dont know how well he will deal with that..what do u think?

I have seen both of them fight. I am not all that high on either of them.  I find that Tukhugov is far too passive and sits back too much which could cost him rounds in the judges eyes especially in around where not a lot is happening. Chavez is always pushing forward and does rely on clinch and wrestling as his go to strategy.  His problem relates to cardio and it cost him his last fight. A drop down in weight should make his cardio issues even worse.  I can see a scenario where Chavez wins the 1st round, gasses, and loses the 2nd & 3rd. If I do bet on this fight, it would probably be a small play on Tukhugov as part of a parlay. There are definitely better fights tomorrow at this price range to be betting on.

Yes, I think he does have a shot. The problem Is everything Justin does, Straus does better. I think the odds are a little bit out of whack but I do think Straus will win the fight. The over 2 1/2 rounds is probably the best way to bet this fight.

thanks for taking the time to get back
The thing I liked about Tuk's composure could definitely be his downfall against someone aggressive like Chavez. I think he wins a decision here too though. I wasnt in love with the fight just curious to here your thoughts. My situation is this. Got a 2t parlay open with green bay ml on thursday and im lookin for something in the -250 -350 range to close it out. How do you feel about Raphael Assuncao?

The Bellator plays went 2-1 for +2.2 units. I also thought that the Parisyan fight was a bad stoppage. Very little of that ground and pound was getting through and Karo kept moving. He had a right to be angry with that stoppage.

    Here is the recap:

    1.  Rafael Silva

    2.  Karo Parisyan

    3.  Kendall Grove

I agree with Ferrari. Assuncao is probably the "safer" play at that price point.

A small gain on the Halifax card, as the plays went 2-3 for +1.05 units. I must say, that Tarec Saffedine looked awful last night. If I did not know any better, I would think that he deliberately took a dive in that one. I think he threw two kicks the entire first round and was so tentative to strike the entire fight. I don't know what he was so afraid of.
