The prop means if Askren wins inside the distance I get 2to1 odds.

If the fight goes to decision then my money is returned.

Essentially, I only lose if Masvidal wins by tko or submission.

Yes, Askren is the favorite to win the fight but not a favorite to 'finish' the fight where Masvidal is.
