Marquardt -280 (mega lock) Saffiedine as a smaller Martin Kampann, and we all know how that fight ended for the Hitman.

Cerrone -105  Resume speaks for itself, take the Bendo fight out of Pettis' recent showings.  That fight is clouding everyone's mind.  Cerrone will outwork, outstrike, and hand Pettis his ass on Jan 26. Cerrone has been in there with the best and is currently 6-1 in UFC while Pettis is 2-1 with a boring hug and snug decision over Jeremy Stephens and a nice highlight KO of Joe Lauzon.

Benavidez(line not out yet)  Benavidez will dismantle Ian McCall on the feet and will be too strong for Uncle Creepy on the ground.  Tough fight for me to call because I am a fan of both, but Benavidez takes it here by being better then Ian everywhere.

Also whatever the lines come out on Souza, Mousasi and Kennedy for this weekend, parlay those together for some decent cash. Easy

Leans- Struve, Belfort,Barboza,Swanson, McDonald(see him KO'ing barao,probably wont bet tho, barao may be too quick),Mills,Gunnar,Mendes, Rampage(o yea you heard it here, sloppy striker like Glover is looking to get countered by Rampage)

while rampage may be a decent idea at +250, or whatever... wait to see what he looks like becausde he is probably the least motivated fighter in the UFC. Tough to take down. Tough to KO. But he can easily be outworked by an extremely motivated Glover

And Cerrone Pettis IMO should be very close and a barn burner. I personally wouldn't load up on either guy

@snake-definitely wouldnt load up on cerrone, but this is a fight cerrone has been asking for, for quite some time now.maybe he knows something about pettis' style that he thinks he can expose. going to lay a lil on em and see if it pays off.

@saw&snake-Rampage is definitely worth a small unit wager here. However I completely agree, we will probably know the outcome of this fight at weigh ins if Rampage is not coming in motivated. If Rampage has any fight left in him tho, and has his mind set going out on a win, he will do so.  Teixera's style is suited to get em KO'd against a counter striker like Rampage.  If he comes flailing in with those wild hooks, Rampage will turn out his lights ala Wand vs Rampage 3.

The other thing to think about with Cerrone/Pettis is they are good friends! It was a lot like Cerrone/Guillard where they really didn't want to fight each other for a long time and then they were both streaking at the same time and voila! you have a matchup that had to be made. Cerrone has had a past of starting out slow, but I agree with Snake, it's a real bad matchup for Pettis. I like Pettis' pace, cardio, but with Cerrone's length and technical kick-boxing and those nasty leg-kicks, I don't like Pettis getting this to the ground. Pettis is very active on the ground, and I believe is in the top three for submission attempts all-time (at least he's high on the list), but Cerrone is damn good on the ground. He reminds me a lot of what Roy Nelson just said - [being a BJJ black belt] once he found out he was good on his feet, he wants to keep it there. The man just likes to bang. 

It will be a good fight nonetheless, I just think Pettis had his time and just got unlucky. He was peaking around the Bendo fight, and then was promised/told he was getting a title shot in the UFC then ran into a streaking Clay Guida who just outwrestled him. It just seems there are several other lightweights who are impressing more than Pettis. He'll have to have an impressive victory vs Cerrone to vault his name back into the title picture, but I don't see that happening.

Should have known Marquief would choke, thought he was over the spotlight jitters after the Woodley fight? O well..next play, should be easy money.
