Breeding is the biggest Industry it does not matter if that horse changes owners or trainers That horse picks up a ck the breeder gets a ck In NY Racing NY breds who were considered shit back in the day is now a big business Back in the day Dom Imperio had 3 farms NY ,Carolina ,and Florida and even though he trained all the money came from Breeding untill it all got seized and he lost his license but I see he is trying to get back into the game and now has a farm in Ocala but when bred it shows under his wife name. He always said that is where the real money is I have read where a no body would breed a horse and hope to get lucky You never know you see a horse that was sold for $1500 at a yearling sale and turn out to be a decent horse and that person gets a steady ck. They dont have the bloodlines like these $300,000 or million dollar horses but you never know
