Logic would say Reigns should have gone back in there and helped him given what happened throughout the night and The Rock helping him mid-match last year.
I wonder how people would have reacted if Ambrose eliminated HHH with the help of Reigns (or even if Reigns eliminated HHH after he was eliminated).

I don't think that was a great Rumble all in all, though.

3rd consecutive rumble that has disappointed imo. We have already seen the Authority do this with Daniel Bryan. The difference is Roman does not have half of the support that Bryan had. So the main event at WM will be HHH vs RR? I get they want to keep trying to get RR over but i dont think it is going to work right now. The time to push RR was Royal Rumble 2 years ago when Batista won.

heyman vs bray on the mic and others members of wyat family take care of lesnar until match at wm against bray
with braun straunman it is something wwe could do against lesnar
honestly feud between hhh and Reins is already boring it is just garbage when you see all talent like damian sandow who is jobber now?? come on!! bring back the old school style it should be much better but company earn a lot of money on this way and it is only what they care

Sparky they didn't want Reigns in the final two because of the heat he was getting, which the wwe feared, and it came to fruition.
Now to a smart fan, having Reigns help Ambrose makes perfect storyline sense but they made him an afterthought. The pop when Sheamus got eliminated was big and then the pop for Reigns was even bigger.
Too bad Ambrose won over Owens because if he lost here was an ever so slim possibility he could have been put over in the Rumble.
There is no way in hell they'd give him both belts but it would have been a tremendous twist and would have brought the house down.
I do want to say something about the crowd outside of RR: is not the Rumble crowd becoming the most spoiled ever?
They were booing a lot of non-surprise entrants...ya know regular wrestlers who you need in a rumble to get to 30.
Booing Titus O'Neal? Booing Ryback? Then they go berserk with heat when Styles gets eliminated. Fine, but did they really think the wwe is going to make him champ in his first match? I mean he has to get elimainted at some point!
Same with Zayn. He has to go to! Calm the hell down. Spoiled Brats. Chill out and enjoy the Rumble!
Kapono: He made a nice run! Too bad there is no live in-Rumble hedging for you to collect a little something on Jericho.
Schmeto: don't be so sure the main at wwe with be HHH vs. Reigns. That is not a foregone conclusion.
I will say this. If they don't do it at fastlane, it is a L0CK (and I never use that cursed covers word) Sasha will beat Charlotte at WM. If those odds open at Sasha -300 or better that is GOLD. Even at -400 it's still a nice parlay upper.

3rd? You mean 5th. The last one that was solid was 2011. This Rumble was good until the last 4 remained. I have not had a doubt for 2 weeks that HHH would win the Rumble. So predictable.

That's because betting sites ruin the outcome. I used to avoid them completely as well as this board.
But there is money to be made so I sacrafice the surprise.
Even the crowd knew HHH was coming. It was a pop but a muted pop IMO.

No! The Main event is not guaranteed to be RR vs HHH. It appears that way but after another PPV mini revolt (and a significant pop when he was eliminated) the writers could easily go in a different direction.
It will be a disaster if Roman is holding the belt as mania goes off the air, just like it would have been a disaster if Roman won thei Rumble.

They have done things like this before
I mean Brock was out of the match for a good 10 minutes when it was the triple threat with Cena and Rollins. They acted like he was seriously injured (broken arm) and all of a sudden he jumps back in and smashes. I kind of expected Reigns to win.
