I saw a random flag today ive never previously seen before. Its alternating blue/white stripes and then it has a big red X across the flag, NOT a cross like in the UK flag, its like an X like from corner to corner.

So what flag am i thinking about? Blue and white striped with a red X, ive never seen it before and google cant help me it seems like.

Who know and who cares? If you cannot recognize the flag (nor the statement) does it really matter?

British Indian Ocean Territory has blue and white stripes and a Union Jack in the upper left.

I don't know if there's another like that with blue and white stripes, but the Union Jack is the UK and a red cross going vertical and horizontal, not an X, is England.
