Let the litany of excuses commence:

It's a balloon (even though it's shaped like a knife)

It's a drone (even though their is clearly no propulsion mechanism that would make sense here)

It's a doctored film (even though multiple eye-witnesses are on the record having seen it and their accounts match up and they have little incentive to lie outside of making the headline of a Facebook post which wouldn't even quote their name)

It's military (even though people have been saying this for 70 years and we still haven't seen any sort of bizarre hidden advanced technology come to light beyond the stealth bomber BUT all these other advanced technologies and sightings far beyond the size and speed and scope man has even THEORIZED about building, never mind actually constructed, are all, wait for it, hidden technologies of the military)

All denials to claim it isn't a UFO because that is for lunatics! Lunatics I tell ya! I don't believe in unicorns and pixie dust and I certainly don't believe in no flying saucers :::sits back in chair and rocks angrily:::

UFO just means it is an unidentified flying object.  Look up in the sky at night, and unless you are blind, you will regularly witness something in the sky that you cannot identify.

Ever wonder why we haven't been back to the Moon in forty years?

"Houston, they're here.  They're on the edge of the crater watching us".

12 minute video should have been 15 seconds.

Looks to me like the shark from Jaws. "We are gonna need a bigger weather balloon"

Think about the most prominent career politicians in America. Then ask yourself whether they have any problem lying to you. Then ask yourself whether you value truth. Then ask yourself, if you value truth, why America keeps supporting known liars. Then ask yourself whether you have a right to complain if the liars we've been enabling feel it convenient to lie to you......again, whether it be about UFO's or anything else.

Lol. Like what? What do you fail to identify in the typical night sky and say to yourself, "I'm not sure what the hell that is!?!?"

And if you fail to idenify it, take a picture of it.

And if you can't take a picture of clarity, be sure not to harp on people who DO try to take pictures or video of legitimate unidentifiable objects in the night sky only to have perpetual uninformed skeptics complain about grainy footage or a shaky camera.

It's an edf brushless fan that you can't even see. Super good pilots can hover just like this. Whoever made the shell had an imagination.

Wow. Are you going to make me waste my time and list the ways the video in the OP couldn't be more different than what you posted?

I'll start by saying your video is actually a VIDEO OF A PLANE, and  that explains how it engaged in flight in the first place (and notably, only suspended itself in the air for a few seconds, all while moving predictably, that is, like a plane would doing an aerial trick).

My object does not a shape remotely conducive to flight, which does not help explain how it is in the air (which you chalk up to 'imagination' even though there is no known object of that shape or size that has ever done this in the history of humanity through man-made invention). And that is just scratching the surface...

Oh and it's near a military base. If man-made, and not of the military, someone is getting arrested and/or, that thing is getting destroyed which is quite a price to pay to fly a giant lightening bolt in the sky, or it is of the military and they simply do have and have never had crafts of this type which have been revealed to the public for any purpose.

And if they haven't been revealed to the public, what the hell is the point of inventing them/testing them/hiding them?

I've said this a billion times. If they have no purpose, if their purpose is not for military engagement, why would they waste endless amounts of tax dollars on them?

The stealth bomber had a purpose and was eventually reveled to public for military engagement. If we have all these odd and unique aircraft in hiding (and have had them for some 70 years when modern UFO sightings have been reported by the mass media), what the hell is their purpose and where are they!

Why are we still spending countless billions on NUCLEAR warheads if we have advanced aircraft to destroy  enemies of the state?

They haven't been revealed because they don't exist.

I ask ANY reader of Search's post to say what he posted looks like, and likely is, what's in the OP...

Don't try to stigmatize the OP because you don't have an explanation for the unidentified aerial phenomena shown in the video, and/or that it can't be explained as man-made using the word 'martian'.

That is so Joaquin Phoenix with tin foil on his head in the movie "Signs".

More stigma. No real counter-argument or even one that remotely approaches such a thing.

At least Search was creative in his counter. Not credible in the least, but creative. And that is far more than I can say about the other responses to such threads.

Scal, the video I posted gave a possible explanation for internal propulsion. The air frame of course is designed for straight and level flight. Rudder, ailerons, elevator. The airplane most definitely is not designed to hover in the vertical position however, the new thrust vectoring allows pilots to manipulate the jet in the hover position if they choose to do so for as long as the battery cell has high capacity. (That's about 13-15 minutes).

RC helicopters obviously rely on a rotor blade. (tail rotor and head rotor). They can hover inverted for almost the same period of time. Point being is that neither fixed wing or helicopter full scale, real life aircraft can accomplish any of the above. They would simply stall out and crash.

Now how this relates to the ufo? Well having an internal thrust vectoring fan will allow the controller to manipulate the attitude of that bizarre air frame in vertical position which I would guess is 100% foam constructed. Throttle up, throttle neutral and presto, you have high altitude hover and drift. It is hard to tell by the image but it looks as though the intake duct you clearly can see would hold a 90mm edf fan., maybe larger. There also looks to be a battery compartment in the center towards the top. Battery positioned correctly and that would provide stability and prevent roll. Nobody can see any sort of tail rudder because they would both be very small and difficult to spot from distance.
Very bizarre frame but that's the only sense I can make of it.

Look at the video over and over...

The flat lower surface on the right of the frame provides vertical stability in wind. The ducted fan on left offsets wind from the right.
The internal duct is clear as day, so unknown propulsion theory is busted.
More wind just add a little more throttle. Wind changes direction? Less throttle and roll to the other side. Very clever stunt.

Hovering for 13-15 minutes in place? No way. Show me some video of a plane/jet (and we're not even dealing with a plane here, hovering for 13-15 minutes, we're dealing with some other contraption). Not to mention doing it serenely as this object is.

Furthermore, this object went into he clouds and was not seen landing by multiple eye-witnessess.

Then you have the issue of the military base. if it is not military, why was it not shot down?

And you attribute all this to a vectoring fan? That's a stretch and one that simply doesn't hold up under counter-argument.

And the unexplainable bizarre frame as you call it only lends credence to my argument, not yours.

This doesn't even start to address the fact that this object was not making any noise, something it has in common with numerous other ufo's.

Game 7's in This spot are the worst crusher because once the home team gets on a roll, there is no turning back. Crowd gets going...confidence of the away team dissipates...it's a common script.

I'll just say you'd need a gun to my head to make me lay 7 here but I'll almost certainly not post this one. Too risky. I'll be cheering BIG TIME for OKC though.

Edf fans are as loud as a hair blow dryer Scal so you're not going to hear much of anything. Hovering in one place for that long is not hard to do, trust me. RC pilots don't bother with it because it's boring to watch. Unless you're staging a ufo stunt.

If you don't have a clue about rc parts and flying then you're just guessing away.

That contraption is 100% made in China and the military kw it. What are they going to do, open a 30mm cannon on some guys Memorial day project? Negative.
Not even noon here and I've already busted up the ufo alien craft.

No offense but if you don't know what a vectoring fan is then you can't possibly discuss rc flying. Actually this contraption didn't even need a thrust vector, it's just a simple 8 blade fan.
