But if can I stress IF fear of want food shortages water disruption hits due to some obseen possibly man made crisis and a large percentage of people are without. Humans are the most panicky species on this planet . capable of the most cruel savagery known. As an example during the drought in Ethiopia and Sudan region so many died being trampled as the race for a water or food truck showed up in a refugee camp. It is not logical. But when it hits the fan nothing is. Only survival. Hence you would want to be in a secluded area that had plenty of provisions and a security team to guard that Oasis.
