I'm sure 90% of these bozo's are under 25 which is another problem I have. Can we kick every child the fuck out of here? I guess that would only leave about 10 people who actually gamble.

Likes: The information covers puts together for us and some of the articles are good reads. I like all the different characters of people on here. It’s an Internet sports bar and it’s always entertaining around here.

Really love this place, only had one other "alias" if you can even call it that (only reason I had to change names was during the wagerline merger or w/e it was back in the day....one of many "days" here actually)

This place has evolved for sure, some might say devolved but at the end of the day it's still ours. (so to speak) I honestly think I've been around here for the better part of a decade now, if not the entire decade! The sports forums are pretty solid, too much spam though from idiots wanting attention, you always had it but now it's a lot more prevelent. Stats and information are top notch, I agree with many others about the old matchup format though...

But for me this place is all about the characters, and it's crazy because I'm sure the majority of people here wouldn't give the others the time of day if this place were a "real" bar. It's not though and everybody has something to say, some say it more eloquently and dictated than others but everybody has an opinion and makes it known. This place passes my days at work and really gives me entertainment when you're able to find that one thread in the GD board that hooks you in. Wish people would be more open minded and less hateful though, you dig around in threads and there is a lot of anger and hate for no reason at all IMO.

There's a real variety of characters here and I think it's what makes this place work so well. As much as you hate to say/admit it even Scal, Bill, BMA, Austin and others have their place here. And yes, even MP. One of these days I've gotta make it out to the party in Vegas, after spending so much time in here through the years, why the fuck not.

People who use the term IMO...

love covers! wish you could play the big races and the big fights on Covers!
