Yea...that's what I tried to do from the start but I need to "OK" it and that doesn't show up unless it's unlocked. So once I unlocked it and plugged it into the computer...the thing popped up and now I have all my music, pictures and notes saved.

So happy now.

all your apps should be backed up through backup assistant on gmail.  that way if you lose/break your phone, when you get a new one, everything re-sync's

I never heard of the Backup Assistant until my Droid crapped out.......

Spark, that's what the guy at the store did to bring my Droid back to life. Sorry it didn't work for you.................
