Might have celiac disease. Just a guess. My dad was diagnosed in his early 60's Myself, just this year at 39. Runs on his side of the family.

Food allergy is a good possibility, if there is something you eat so often that you can target it then try to remove that item and see if something changes.

Items would include chicken, beef, cheese, breads etc.

I would also highly highly suggest going to a nutritional store and purchasing a HIGH quality probiotic and enzyme..they are separate items and you need both.

Probiotic should be 20 million units per day at a min and the enzyme should be a complex formulation with as many categories as possible...I would suggest something like Country Line Maxizyme, it is a comprehensive enzyme and it helps you digest things properly.

The probiotic is key for the upper stomach, the enzyme for the lower intestines...you need both.

Take 2-3 probiotic a day usually before meals and same for enzyme.

you are probably a resistance leader in the year 2022 and the terminators are sending back a cyborg in time to try to kill you.

Dairy intolerance stop eating cheese and milk products. To harden stools eat fiber shreaded wheat and water. Morning noon night. Don't drink alcohol  and see your Dr. Cause if that doesn't stop you are having serious colon issues and colon cancer if caught early can be treatable it becomes stage 4 well see Dr.

People get diarrhea for many reasons.  Emotional stress, medications, intestinal parasite, food poisoning, food intolerance, overactive thyroid gland, etc.  Chronic diarrhea might be caused by inflammatory bowel condition?  Basic home treatment is to eat more fruits or vegetables, drink more water, exercise more, take imodium drug and avoid foods that make diarrhea worse.

However a gambling forum isn't the best source of medical advice.  See a local doctor.

hope you've seen a doctor already, if you're not pooping blood and you're not in pain, thats a good thing but sounds like you may have a blockage.

good to know "mainman" is a professional capper

Probiotic should be 20 million units per day at a min and the enzyme should be a complex formulation with as many categories as possible...I would suggest something like Country Line Maxizyme, it is a comprehensive enzyme and it helps you digest things properly.

The probiotic is key for the upper stomach, the enzyme for the lower intestines...you need both.

Take 2-3 probiotic a day usually before meals and same for enzyme.
