That is correct. Or very close. The Forint is the name of the currency there. They will be on Euro they think in a couple of years. Had big issues with inflation years ago and devaluation kicked in.
It takes some getting used to there or other places where you can have a wad of 10000 bills in your pocket.
I highly recommend visiting. There are a lot of places and things to see there. And it is an okay place to visit most times of the year.
