how to handle punk behind kids

It's funny you mention this something similar happened to me a while back.  I heard a ruckus outside and there is some 12 yr old with my trash can over his head.  He body slams and is going all crazy yelling at the other kid "you want some I'll fuck you up!" You know what I did?  I laughed my ass off and yelled yeah fuck that barrel up and later I picked up the barrel. Realizing that I didn't give a shit they knew I was a bad target. WTF do I care let the litttle bastards have some fun.  I can't understand chasing after some little kid if you are a grown man why waste your breath about some thing so stupid. 

Eventually they'll run into the wrong guy like my buddy's friends did 15 yrs ago in Rome NY.  Some old bastard left his hose running into the street all day long so one night they walked on his property and cut it.  The old Veteran came out with a shotgun and blew them all away then shot the neighbor across the street. 

Kidnap them and sell them to mexican drug cartels.

I've had problems similar to this I might add. Once they know that you're cool with them and not hot headed you'll find the turds will actually be looking out for your property.

But if he does know where the kids live...then certainly go to the parents' house and threaten them by calling the cops if it happens again. But that actually hasn't come across yet (the whole...do you know where they live thing).

It may take awhile but the most important thing to do is find out where HE lives.

As long as you find out where he lives hes fucked. You can take it up with hhis parents and this will deter that other fuckface that was his friend - because if you know where the retard that thru your trash can lives -- then THEY know where the bigger one lives.

It will make the tougher POS think twice - once his little boyfriend tells him that you went to his house. The Cops will respond to your request as well. Its not high proority but if you pose it as vandalism and say you watched the fucker do it they WILL respond and talk to his parents. Shit travels downhill so this will be the most effective method.

PLEASE do not touch him at all -- it will make it worse.

Just play detective for a little while and it will pay off.

As long as you find were the littlr fucker lives you will nip the entire problem.

dude, i  had the same problem years ago--they were breaking in to my barn and stealing my gas. one day i seen them behind the barn and man was it ever raining out so i got my boots on, when i open the door they split there were 3 of them----- so i took off after the smallest and man could he run-i was just about done when i yell stop kid i got ya and to my supprise he stopped i grab him by the scuff of his shirt took him home and called the cops------when the cops came i told them i didn t want to charge them just take him home to his parents-they might not be scared of the cops but when the cops take them home thats an other matter.-----the next day the kid lands at my house with his father----- the father thank me for not having his son charge and offer to pay for my stolen gas, i told him there were no need, but he insisted that i take $ 10 and that it was coming out of his allowance that was about 9 years ago his a good kid and always say hello to me when we meet.-------( i put the $10 in the collection at sunday mass )

I like the idea of picking up a cheap camcorder or phone with a cam if you have one and waiting for them to tip the cans...come out running with the camera in their face (doesn't matter if the camera if off or on)...tell em you'll put it up on youtube and email it to both the cops and their parents...as young as these kids are, they will still have an understanding and intense aversion of their offenses being digitally delivered to millions...especially people who can punish them when tangible evidence is produced...

If you live in Texas, and they enter your property, you have the right to shoot to kill. Otherwise, just  get a taser, use it, and tell the cops they were breaking into your car. Your word vs punk kids word should work out ok...

To be serious, I like the idea of following each one home to their parents, tell them what they are doing, recommend a stiff punishment  and give the little shits a taste of their own medicine by telling the folks they were doing drugs too.. Get em off to rehab!
