The past 3 years been working from home. Sounds stupid but I kind of miss having a regular job. Mainly the social interaction I guess.
I do recall how much I hated the bullshit. I had two Lundbergs to answer to, one was a Pakistani and the other the bro in law of the owner. Neither one of them knew shit about the business. Was one of the two reasons I left.
Unfortunately my biz is drying up so going to start sending out the resume this week. Not looking forward to it. Last time I had to do any job searching was 1996.

Counting down the days till your next pay check, figuring out how much you can use for gambling, and booze. That's what having a job is like for me. Exciting garbage!!!

It's easy to get a job and clock in every day. It's quite another to make money on your own terms, become an entrepreneur, think outside the box. Jobs are for suckers in my opinion. Hey I did it for over 20 years, but I don't see myself working for someone else ever again. I always thought it was basically the only way to survive. In reality, a job just makes you die quicker and hate life more. Work ethic? What's that? So you're gonna be proud about having a good work ethic while your efforts (which consume nearly one third of your time here on earth) are making the owner millions of dollars? Okay... go for it. Work ethic... what a joke. Work ethic makes you into a slave. Don't strive to have good work ethic. Strive to find a way to GET OUT of the rat race and become free from jail. Find a way to buy a business. Find a way to buy things that will bring you money (buy assets, not $75 sweaters). Work ethic... ha! Congratulations on your work ethic. I'm gonna work half as much as you next month, when I want to, and probably make more money. But hey man... you have good work ethic. Good for you.

You show up half the experienced guys on the first day then they conspire against you like a bunch of jealous females. Then you spend half your time trying not to slack and not make them look bad. Also try to pretend that there boring existences are the center of the universe.
