Just saw this. Though I never got to meet him in person,or build a relationship like some of you, you could always tell that Goose was just cut from the right kind of cloth. Even before I was a poster, when I would just sometimes skim through the forum for a good laugh, it was always clear that he was a stand up guy. I will regret never making to the other side of the country to meet up with Goose and nature at Foxwoods but I will always consider him a friend none the less.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Never got a chance to meet him or talk to him in person, but we, had many of conversations over the years on this site about a whole range of topics. Seemed like a solid guy and I hope everyone who knew him finds peace with his passing

that’s nice of you and I appreciate it .. DJbrow mentioned some threads ( so want to make sure he is included ) in archives and I figured it would be cool way to honor him. Especially the meaning of that thread. Makes you think and it’s right on the money too. His words were never truer than in that thread. Powerful

Not the news I was expecting. When I first started posting on this website here the two people I spoke with more than anyone else was Apache and Goose. Those two ALWAYS gave me straight answers and always had kind and uplifting words to share. There is a saying that states you can identify the measure of a man by how he treats those that can do nothing for him, well those two men really pushed that saying into space because I only knew them here and obviously never met them to be able to help in any way.
Just the kind words they'd share and the fact they always had time to answer a question I might have meant more to me at the time than anything, those moments will always be remembered.

Very well said, we hooked more than once and instantly bonded. Special man, wish that happened more often. Everyone, keep your circle tight!!

So sorry to her such bad news.
Always respected him here and he was such a class act.
Saw here how he helped you and started to talk back and worth.
So much bull shit on this site but we all saw the true person The Goose was.
Nature you and Gooses family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
RIP our friend
