If you drink a gallon of whole milk a day for 2 weeks, 10 times out of 10 you're gonna get fat unless you work out like a beast.

Why don't you try some kind of weight gain supplement?  It's probably cheaper and healthier.

    Good luck my friend.

Overrated myths that milk is expensive, fattening and causes gastrointestinal disorders. Actually, milk is among the most nutrition rich drinks and best sources of protein for humans. Many bodybuilders achieve great gains from drinking lots of milk.

Although I did once thought I saw a squirrel wearing a vest screaming "ALLAHU AKBAR!!!!!" just before he blew up into a million pieces, but it turns out you just shouldn't mix alcohol, 'X', and cat tranquilizers when you're at a Pink Floyd concert......

You can't sit there and tell me that if someone drinks a gallon of milk everyday for 2 weeks without regularly exercising will not put on some pounds then you're kidding yourself.

I agree with you that it could benefit a person, but as I mentioned, you need to work out like a beast!

And ants milk aphids.  They keep aphids on herds just like humans do with cows.

Place 2-3 hard boiled eggs, a full spoon of peanut butter and the rest 2% milk in a blender after you eat a modest meal. Then sit on the couch for an hour.
You'll gain sure as the nose on my grill.

When I was in my early 20's I drank a gallon of milk every day for about a year while training.  I was a gym rat, obsessed with getting bigger and more muscular.  I was in the weight room for 2 hours a day 6 days a week.

It worked great.  I am 5'10" and weighed about 160.  I gained a mere 10lbs but it was all muscle and I looked great.  I estimate that I was consuming about 6000 calories a day back then.  I am in my late 40's now and my diet is more like about 1500 calories a day lol

    the good ol days

You are out of your mind to do something like this.

It will wreak havoc with your digestive system and the calcium overload is most certainly unhealthy for your bones (and I can only imagine what number of kidney stones could form).

Weight gain supplements are numerous and cheap at any GNC. Get them in chocolate (the only flavor you'll be able to tolerate over many months).

    Don't be stupid trying this.

This sounds like something out of Rocky I where he's downing raw eggs in the morning. It's 2015, not 1977!

That's a helluva lot of lactose, brother. Many other ways to 'bulk' up naturally without drinking a pissload of milk.

I figure it would give you kidney stones from the calcium build-up but after some research, it's just a myth.

Cris, be careful of that liquid fat if you've been drinking a gallon since last Wednesday.

Contrary to myths, majority of studies favor milk improving bone health and reducing risk of kidney stones.  Mostly bodybuilders try this milk diet.  A moderate diet with wide variety of foods is usually healthier.

Outside of beer, there's nothing better to drink than a nice cold glass of milk.

Most American and Canadian athletes would agree with me.
