I get the same thing on the stair climber,. left foot or left fingers and hand.
I suspect it's from blood circulating to moving parts as opposed to a hand or finger that's holding on and stationary. Takes awhile for me to shake of the tingling/numbness but used to it.
Friend of mine who works out a lot had the same thing you have on the pinky finger. She's a nurse and her doctor said it was some sort of tendon issue. lasted for a month and then returned to normal.
Dunno how to fix it, maybe just some time will do it. Next time don't hold the bar and keep arms swinging.

You need to slow the intensity to get to where you don't need to hold on. You are pinching either the ulnar or radial nerve in your forearm. Additionally, we aren't made to exercise with our backs bent as much as you do when you lean on the machine. Surprised this thread isn't about sciatica.

Sounds like a nerve problem. Probably from your neck. Nerves in your neck are connected to your arms and fingers. Nerves from you lower back are connected to your legs and feet.

Heat is the modality that helps with nerve pain. Also, the issue isn't in your finger, it I radiating to your finger. Try a spot just south of your elbow

talked to my friend that had the exact same issue and saw a hand specialist.. Get surgical tape and immobilize the finger with the next finger. (tape two together mid joint).

Check out a Chiropractor in your area that specializes in soft tissue or ART(active release technique). Not diagnosing you, but thinking as you walk uphill you slouch, slump, round your shoulders impinging nerves/ vasculature and you have some Quadlateral Space Syndrome stuff going on. Again, not diagnosing you -- just my opinion. Cheers!

ckattar8...GoldenGrizz has the right opinion. I thoughtChiropractors were Quacks for almos 67 years. A little O/2 yrs ago I became overcome w/foot pains while on a vacation, it went on almost every night/day for 3 weeks. I finally took some of the advice 3 friends (whomI respected very much) I have a Holistic practicing Dr. and within 4 weeks those footpains are almost completely non-existent. Remember DO NOT go yo a bone guy!!
Good Luck!!

OP you been sticking your finger in stinky vags lately? Just be honest man, we've all been there no need to come up with this stair climber spiel. Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where the girl says she got the clap from a tractor seat
One there and the other in the turd tosser. That'll do it.

Worked for a campaign adviser/pollster in garbage hole countries central an south america. Spent some time on a security team trained out of Argentina. Liked that a lot more. I was lucky to get in non military.
Met a lot of pretty insane hilarious delta's feds, etc....learned a lot.
All over now.

Chiropractors get their certifications online. They prey on the uneducated and desperate.
Search, You're entitled to your opinion on uneducated and desperate, but show me a professional sports team, Olympian, golfer or tennis player who doesn't have a Chiropractor on staff?
As for online certs, took me 4 years after undergrad to obtain my D.C. Little bit longer than a weekend at Phoenix U.
Cheers!
