Had a nun in grammer school do it by the blackboard..she was sly about it,putting the boogers in the side of her mouth and the actual pick when facing the board.Us guys thought it hilarious while the girls were gagging and we got a kick out of that also..

Please explain to me what the problem is with eating your own boogers? They are a product of your own nasal faculty. 
Eating other people's boogers may require some psychiatric care but I don't see an issue with your own. 
Eat them and don't pick, roll and drop on couches and car seats.
