Search,

Wondering if you can guide me in the right direction.  The lady wants to go on an African safari and I've read threads that you've been.  Any suggestions?

It's going to be our 5th year anniversary in March.  Have you seen Victoria Falls' Devil's Pool.  It's on my Bucket List but this trip is for her.  She's too scared of a flash flood would wipe us over, and rightfully so!

Anyway, any input would be appreciated.

No idea why you were sent to cell block P but glad to help ya out. I have yes been to Victoria but not Devils. Your experience out in the bush imo should be raw, waterfalls are neat but that's not what you're up to in Africa. You want to see the bush, and the track.

South Africa is where ya go on 1st run. Top 2 before you venture into the serious bush. & Beyond. kom is the finest. Happy to direct you to the most intense lodges (they're small and lions pass through).. within the private reserves within Kruger.

November, December, Jan is really the best time but do what you can.

Open up a thread in the slammer and I'll send ya off the to the beauty & action.

This is who you book with. No doubt, no fail...the best in all of Africa. You can also drive in to lodges from Joberg and save some money. They are #1.

Ahhhh, yes, I went on "A Fir Can" Safari once.

Luckily I have a big gun, because that was some deep dark bush I had to plow through......

I can't decide whether I would rather travel to South Africa or paddle around on a boogie board off the North Carolina coast for awhile

Google "necklacing" if you're wondering why
