if he didnt kill her with a gun, he wuld have killed her with a knife, or a shovel, or crowbar..etc, etc, etc..

if you wanna kill someone, there are plenty of objects around that can easily do the trick

Bob Costas is a piece of sh*t for bringing it up during the game and for bringing it up period. It's easy to blame the gun instead of the person responsible.

He mentioned the gun culture we live in. I agree it is the culture we live in but it isn't the gun culture. Guns have been legal in this country since the founding. How many times in the 50's did a football player kill his wife then himself? How many times in the 1800's were there school shootings? Hell, it was easier to get a gun a hundred years ago then it is today, yet the last twenty to thirty years is where we see all of the shootings.

Javon Belcher could have stabbed his wife and then jumped off a building. If you want to kill someone you will find a way. How many shots were fired on 9/11? Zero. Oklahoma City? Zero. Did we blame airplanes and vans on those days or did we blame the people responsible?

Just din't agree with his opinion on gun control. And if your opinion is the same then I don't agree with you either. I sleep well knowing that my family is protected from scumbags that may intrude my home. Trust me when I tell you it would be a bad bad day for a scumbag to intrude my home! What you fail you fail to realize is that if  you take away guns then only the law obiding citizens would be without guns

have any of you been to a gun show? 90 percent of the neanderthals there SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO GUNS.

Also a lot of you talk tough about guns and this and that...but if it is your son or daughter that gets blasted at a school you will change your opinion on how easy it is for people to get guns in this country....

Im all for gun rights...but I dont want the local dipshit with a napoleon in my neighborhood watch armed to the teeth.

    This always makes me laugh.
    Guns are stupid.
People who use them are also stupid, yes, stupid.
There are thousands of studies to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, more guns, more death. The idea of arming everyone has already been tried in the 1880's and predictably, there were a lot of gunfights.
The idea of having a gun in the house is ludicrous. People are more likely to shoot themselves and or each other than any intruder. The idea of a gun providing safety AS IN THIS CASE, is totally and completely untrue. Guns are dangerous, that is all there is to it.
Now you would think I am against guns, right?
     Nope, no sir..........

You see, we have a constitution that protects the imbeciles who want to own guns. The constitution is unique and the ultimate answer. If you want to own a gun, go ahead, but do it with your eyes open, that it puts you and your family in danger.

Stupid. If you really think he wouldn't have killed his girlfriend if hand guns were banned and illegal, you are a complete idiot.

and anyone who wants to argue this point, you can post all the examples of people with guns defending themselves you want and I will post 1000 examples of people accidentally shooting themselves with their guns.
I use cops because they have far more training with their firearms than the general public.
