BB Torch users...Beware!

woke up and my phone is dead...



tried charging but all i see is a battery icon with a red X...

tried customer service.....and they're dumb as well...its not the battery u dumb bitch! supposedly the torch software needs to be upgraded through my desktop but that doesn't work either...

also BB tech service is clueless!!!!!!

why do i have to sign a 2 year contract if my phone doesn't even last 1 year?!

im frustrated....just venting....might lose all my data because of course i haven't backed it up. i cant retrieve anything on my phone...to top it all off im losing money!

i have an app called BlackBerry Protect. it copies all my stuff weekly to some cloud computer just in case

ive had no issues as all with my 9800

just came back from att service center.....lost all my data.


the problem was..my software got corrupted...i never upgraded my phones software...never knew i had to and never got a notice...lol


so everyone out there....constantly upgrade your phones software!







Hey KOAJ....i heard about the cloud thingy....and im against having all my data in some big brother data base(google,apple,etc)....call me paranoid...lol.

Haven't had a BB in a few yrs, but always had to plug in and connect to desktop mgr for software updates/backup - never received any prompts
