Insane!  Poor man was with his family.   Good thing it wasn't me.   I would've plastered as many bikers as I could've along the guard rail.

That's insane. I don't even know what I would do. The comments on YouTube were pretty funny defending the bikers. That's some Scalambrine logic. What do you expect the guy in the SUV to do, sit there and have a chat with 150 bikers? Why weren't the police called though?

Wow, they couldn't get there before the guy had to stop? I'm not sure why he got off the freeway.

Wow, reading more of the story. One of the bikers that was injured is wanting the SUV driver to get charged? What the f*ck is wrong with people? I would have charged everyone of the bikers with creating a menace. Was the start of the video, the start of the altercation?

    amen.
the douche who got in front of the suv and then braked ... what was he hoping would happen?  if he'd forced the rover to slam on his brakes, how many of his buds would've plowed into him and wrecked?

    friggin' squids.

    Was he paralyzed???

And you don't think that driver needs to arrested for attempted murder?

The driver PURPOSELY ran him over.

    You are one SICK individual.

Hmmmm, you have hundreds of bikers surrounding your car banging on it. I guess the logical thing to do would be step out of the car.

He kind of had his back to the wall, don't you think?

Maybe he was threatened and he slammed on the gas for fear of his life.   What would you do if you had 100 bikers surrounding you?   Talk it out?

The only good thing that didn't happen was more of those bikers being run the darn over.

No, but everybody does have the right of self defense. If I am in fear of my life, I have the right to defend myself with reasonable force. And under certain circumstances, like this one, that can include deadly force.

The bikers can't be tough guys by provoking the driver in the SUV and then cry when their plan backfires.

Sorry Charlie, the only idiot in this thread s YOU.

That peaceful biker club is actually a crotch rocket gang of Blacks and Hispanics that has been causing havoc and intimidation for both pedestrians and drivers. The police watched the video and the proper arrests were made and none of those arrests involved the driver of the Land Rover who was provoked and did what he did out of fear and the safety for his wife and child. It's just too bad that the Asian man driving the SUV didn't run down and kill a dozen or so of those thugs.

The gang, called "Hollywood Stuntz," according to police, chased the man, and he was forced to stop because of flat tires.

The biker who was struck by the SUV, 28-year-old Christopher Cruz, was later arrested and faces several charges, including reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said on Tuesday.

This is pretty much all that is needed to be know and tells the story. Oh and the paralyzed man is some type of thug rapper.

Driver is completely within his rights. Don't mess with someone's family. I'd have done the same thing. It's just a shame handgun laws in NYC are so strict otherwise the driver could've finished 'resolving' the situation when he pulled over.
