They also likely stated Official WWE results will be used.

5dimes stated that what comes out of the announcers mouth is what happens. They announced double countout did they not? What if they announced the double c.o. and then the rock came out and said, this match is actually not over, and will be continued in 2 weeks on raw or something. Is 5 dimes supposed to wait for 2weeks with pending tickets for the ring announcer to announce another decision? No. I think they handled this amazingly as per the rules. That customer service is fucking horrible though. I dont understand how you didnt punch tony through your computer

Regardless if tony was getting swamped with the same shit all day, and even if the customers got irate, he is supposed to keep his cool. What a moron he is. 5 dimes should lose customers based on that.

The Lawler grading is also incorrect. All other sportsbooks graded Lawler as a loss, as it should have been.

Giant, I'm not understanding the discrepancy of the grading. Official results are posted and they're very easy to interpret. Every book except 5dimes got them correct. There really isn't a gray area that can give them the benefit of the doubt. They offered a prop that they had no clue how to handle. Someone other than Tony graded the wagers incorrectly. Rather than do some work and FIX the problem, they act as if it doesn't exist.

Clear results, clear winners. Although it's a unique offering, it isn't one that leaves room for interpretation. Do you see where I'm coming from? The grading of this particular event is the least of my worries. How I'm going to get the rest of my money out without a hitch will be interesting, not to mention the "sister" accounts I use to get large amounts down on boxing matches that I'm capped on..

5dimes said that it is what comes out of the announcer's mouth at the END of the match. The match did not end until Miz was announced as the winner to close the show.

I was trying not to lose my cool or anything. I didn't think spitting back expletives at him would do anything to help the situation to be honest and I like 5dimes so I wouldn't want to piss off the main guy and get my account closed or something.

What the fuck are you talking about? The match was continued SECONDS later. There was no mention of Raw or a delayed result. Stop it.

Nope, no "draw" option available. Only "Miz" or "Cena".

It was graded as "canceled", not as "pushed"

 Just trying to say that even though I may be siding with them on the grading part, they are lowlife scum with the customer service and I agree that he was a dickhead. I never curse during live chat either, my brother does, that helps nothing at all and could only hurt you.

You are trying to say that the match was never TECHNICALLY over, even though results were announced by the ring announcer. So now I ask you, if the rock came out jerked off for 45 mins then said THE MATCH IS NOT OVER [because lets jsut say this is what vince scripted] and the match will continue in 2 weeks. According to you and Kapono, the match isnt over [even though ring announcer said results] so 5 dimes is supposed to wait 2 weeks and have pending tickets and wait for something else to come out of the ring announcers mouth because the rules say at the end of the match? Those were sketch rules and tony interpreted it as the end of the match the first time the announcer spoke, even if he did wait 15 min to grade tickets. IM sorry I think it was handled the right way.

Scary though. Having alot of money in 5 dimes, and then encountering a problem and then TONY comes to the rescue [hardly.] ?????????? Ouch. I wouldnt feel comfortable with having a bus token on 5dimes.

I definitely see where you're coming from, and I certainly empathize with what you're going through. It sucks.  Just goes to show we are really at the mercy of the books.

Just thinking about these matches is giving me a headache, and I had nothing at stake.  Good luck getting the rest of your money out, I doubt it will be a problem.

Yeah I'm giving serious consideration to pulling my money and never going back. I disagree with Tony's ruling, but fine, you're the boss, OK whatever.

I don't appreciate the lack of customer service when I inquired about it. I wasn't rude or anything but was basically told "tough shit" despite the fact that from an objective profile, I'm the exact type of customer that 5dimes should be BEGGING to keep around.

There are other books out there that I'm sure would love my business.

Sorry for your happenings with WWE & 5Dimes grading decision.  Tony's lack of customer service is sickening at best - and should have been handled 100% better.  His display is worthy of job loss (if there is somebody higher than him).

I do have a question for you.  Why would you wager on anything that can be decided by judges?

Never wager on the following:

American Idol, politics (if you believe elections are legit, ), MMA, WWE, boxing - and anything else that is decided by judges.

NFL, MLB, and especially NBA are heavily influenced by judges or Refs...

WWE is scripted and doesn't have judges...

Listen. If 5Dimes wants to put lines up and get publicity of having lines on the WWE event... THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.... it does not matter if it is staged nor does it matter who bets on it... Tony is an asshole and I have heard about him quite a bit before. Complete asshole.

Did you claim posting on covers forums was somehow going to hurt their business? If so threats from a position of weakness rarely work out well.
