sean is correct, that's where the rule is listed on their rules page. That being said, WTL was quoted this rule by 5dimes CS in one of his earlier chats that he posted, so he's not crazy for thinking its applicable and controlling

I think you're parsing what happened here Slovak when there is no need to do so. There was not "two matches", only one match. The results listed on any available website will show just that Miz def. Cena, not Miz and Cena Double CO and then Miz def. Cena in a "second" match.

The match was originally announced by the ring announcer one way, it was restarted, and then at the end of the match (remember, same match at this point -- it was explicitly "re-started" and not a "re-match" or something along the lines), the ring announcer had Miz announced as the winner and at the end of the event.

I think Tony made it pretty clear that he will never offer odds on WWE again.  He got tons of complaints about this and spent hours handling it.  How would you like to go to work at a business that you OWN, make a decision, then have people whine and bitch and moan about the decision for 2 weeks, then have 1/2 of the people ask you to change your mind and 1/2 of the people saying, "thanks!".  I don't blame him for being a little short fused.  Hell, I'm tired of hearing about this shit and I don't have a dog in the hunt.

Wendys -- I don't know though, I bet they offer odds on it again next year. You know why? Cause Tony admitted he took in "six figures" of handle on this event. By failing to pay out all Miz bets, I guarantee that he generated a profit on it.

I guarantee if walktheline had bet CENA and the match was initially ruled a double countout then restarted and ruled a MIZ victory, and recognized by WWE as a MIZ victory, but by 5dimes as a cancelled bet , WALKTHELNE would be  silent .and would be in love with tonys grading.

OK went and read most of all these fckn posts. Internet gambling is risky and has downfalls. If you do not like it stop gambling or move to Nevada and put up with the -110 vig!!!!   Here is the real question.....

What the hell does "Rock of a Forum" mean that is the title to this awful thread can anyone answer that or what???

For those that don't understand why Tony offered the money with the fuck off tag.

Vanzack its not clear and dry with the final result because the ring announcer actually gave two results for this match.

I think in the future 5dimes and all books should wait 1 day before settling all WWE bets and use the official WWE results as there results.

Great reference, but not even close to being applicable in this situation. 

How anyone can give Tony a pass is ridiculous. To put some sort of weird ass spin on it and say that I'VE done ANYTHING wrong is even sillier. I placed a wager on a line offered. I won and wanted my money. What did I/others do wrong in this situation?
