YouWager payout limits

Went from 10,000 twice a week to 2,000 once every 10 days. Horrible book and maybe points to a lack of cash flow by them.

From now use the books that are rated at the top like bookmaker, heritage, and betonline and you wont have this problem. I will use other books just for good bonuses but that's about it.

 Youwager is top notch. Be thankful we have some decent sportsbooks and Youwager is A+
