There's a story in today's NY Post printed from sources allegedly close to the President-elect claiming that he is still exorcised over the NFL putting the USFL out of business in the 80's.

When he takes over,he could order the Justice Department not to go after NJ if they attempt to start up sports betting at the tracks.The precedent would be the Obama Administration turning a blind eye to the Marijuana on Demand states.
