Not at 5dimes... it takes them 24-48 hours to process any payout. I confirmed this with a CS rep and cancelled my BC payment.
That being said, I don't think 5dimes payouts take too long... 2-3 days for MG or WU and 3-4 days for debit card transfer. Not bad for this industry. If you know what you expect, I think 5dimes has always delivered for me.
But to answer your question, I would rank Bookmaker at the top of the list for US players... I'm also hearing good things about youwager. They had a shaky rep in years past, but doing far better now. Rated B+
