I'm assuming you are an adult, why don't you have a checking account you can deposit it into? Try to see if a friend or relative can deposit it then give you the money when the check clears 2 or 3 days later, or maybe you can send the check back and have a gift card type thing sent to you, you put these in your atm and withdraw your funds that's loaded onto them, or maybe they can send it by western union or moneygram, most Walmarts have moneygram.
