Usage of Western Union / MoneyGram is becoming less and less preferred by both Books and Players alike because of money amount limitations and also frequency of transactions.
If you are a small player like myself, can deal with maximum $500 to $700 deposits and withdrawals, and be limited to only a couple transactions a month then WU / MG may still be an option.
I'm not endorsing any Book but here is a listing of so-called "A" rated Books that accept USA Players. Check with them before you deposit because it's quite possible they accept WU & MG deposits but NOT WITHDRAWALS!
If you reside in Canada you can add these Books to the list...

if your dealing with a sportsbook service, WU is the last place you wanna be involved with, especially if your an American, receiving funds on American soil from overseas
