western union payout book?

Hi, im searching for a book that still uses western union to payout for specifically, canadian customers.  i won't use any online wallet or direct bank transfer, seems western union is the only 'safe' way, but it's hard to find a book that still uses it.

Heritage still uses WU & MG but they don't like it.

No book is going to pay you out WU. WU paid a huge fine for allowing gambling transactions to go through. (Look it up) Also, I was banned from using WU because of this.

I long for the good old days when I could get payouts from The Greek for $5000 WU everyday with little effort. But those days are gone and not coming back.
