Unauthorized charges

I've read a few threads of the processors being compromised. Well, this morning, my bank account had two unauthorized charges from a processor bookmaker uses. I've emailed them about the incident with the proper documentation. I'll keep the forum posted. 

I had four charges back in May hit my account that I disputed.  Turns out they just surface with 5Dimes two weeks ago.  They locked my account out and won't open it back up until I pay them the disputed amount.

I've seen many posts regarding 5Dimes and fraud. About 3-4 weeks ago I was notified by my bank that a charge was trying to go through for about $705 but was declined so I had to get a new card. About a week later another card company notifies me about a Train ticket that was purchased on my card and had to get a new card for a different company. Both cards never had fraud on them until I recently started to fund my 5Dimes account with them. I think it's obvious that 5Dimes is the culprit of these charges. 

Sadly I am in the same boat. Had $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my card last week. 5D customer service ensures that their processors are secure and just keeps giving me the run around. I don't expect anything from 5D, but maybe some sort of acknowledgement and an apology, but nope. I'll take my business elsewhere now. 

I wrote this is another thread. But, some of you need to get credit cards with better banks. The one credit card I use on 5Dimes is through Citi and they blocked any fraudulent attempts right away.

Add me to the list...had some fradulent charges last week.  There have been multiple threads on reddit as well the past couple months filled with people having the same issue.  There is def something going on at 5dimes, and of course they won't acknowledge it. I am done with that book...and if it is your only option, use bitcoin at least.

5Dimes is holding you all hostage. NEVER USE A CREDIT CARD TO DEPOSIT WITH THEM!!!

I see people saying $ 2000 or $ 500 worth of charges were on my card. How could that even happen in this day and age? 

Site is still a fraud. They are selling customer information on the Darknet.
