This New BetDSI Software

Their live platform doesn't load for me via phone, tablet or PC. Talked to their CS and they said this is happening for some people. No solution, just that it was passed on to tech support. 

Also noticed my balance was not updating every time after making bets, so had to log off and log on to see proper balance amount.

Had heard of others who had pending bets show up again after they had already been graded too from before the upgrade.

Just curious what other problems people might have seen.

Generally like this book, but this upgrade is a bit of a mess.

People have access to other players' accounts and money.  They're stealing deposits and not paying out.  I've always had a deal with them to credit back fees (and have email proof from multiple supervisors) but now they're saying they won't honor what their supervisors said.  I even have a wager they marked as a win but they're refusing to honor it!  I called in to cs and got some jerk warren who basically said too bad,they're not with bookmaker anymore, so the new ownership isn't honoring anything!

They must be paying SBR .  If SBR had any credibility they would remove betdsi's a rating until they prove they can be a solid sports book without bookmakers help!  So far they're showin that they're just goin to be another scam sports book!  Get ur money out fast!

I got a better idea; stop betting on the internet. They don't care about you. And they don't care about any rights you think you have. Betdsi went, overnight and without prior warning, to a pile of garbage. And if you want your money, you better have BITCOIN or your screwed.    

Your best friend is a bookie you can trust.
