Will I have to pay taxes on offshore account winnings?

I made 115k this week on mybookie.ag

i do believe cash app tried to tax me on bitcoin deposits from offshore one year ….

anybody know any facts about taxes and off shore accounts ….

Is it true that if you play in a wide variety of sports books that you can profit $599 on each of them and not have to pay taxes at all because each book does not  provide IRS with the information unless you profit $600 or more ?
