Sportsbooks that Accept US only Gift Cards

I am looking for a sportsbook that accepts VISA/Mastercard/AMEX gift cards that you CANNOT use internationally or on the internet. You know the gift cards that you can only use in the US (it says it on the back "US purchases only".  Any insight is appreciated.
