Sportsbook.ag - slow pay alert, possible NO pay

Requested less than $400 5 weeks and 1 day ago.  Policy is 3-5 weeks.  Ridiculous but that's the official policy so I knew what I was in for.  Once a week I check in and they give me the generic "you're still within the timeframe" answer.  This morning they said they're receiving more withdrawal requests than normal and it may take a bit longer.  We're talking about $400. 

I've been with them over a year and the reviews were good back then.  I was honestly looking forward to coming in here and providing a good review if this went well, but at this juncture it's not looking promising. 

I told them I will be checking in 3 times a day until the withdrawal processes.  I will keep you guys posted.

For now, STAY AWAY.

HORRIBLE BOOK...SO U KNEW AHEAD OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE 2 MONTHS, REALISTICALLY, TO GET $400 THAT U THEN HAVE TO EITHER PAY TO CASH OR WAIT 3 WEEKS FOR A BANK TO CLEAR, AND U STI GAVE THEM YOUR $? 

JUST WITHDREW $5,000 FROM GT BETS TODAY IT WILL BE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT FRIDAY

Like I said the reviews were good when I first deposited. No need to kick a man when he's down.

Update - I call everyday and live chat everyday and it's the same thing over and over again. Got an email yesterday apologizing for the delay saying it would be resolved early next week and giving me some sort of $30 bonus that I'm not interested in. That's the latest...

Illz im also in ny and on sportsbook have you got your withdrawl yet I requested two days after you did it looks like....lmk if you got your withdrawl or it changed to prossed....I got mine for 1k this is terrible

Made a deposit tonight using sportsbetting.ag. 5 minutes later before I wagered website crashed and now customer service # disconnected.

Honestly, I have no idea where you possibly looked but they have been rated a D or F on sbr for the last 5-10 years. I have first hand experience that can tell you they deserve an F.

I'm in the same boat but a much longer wait.  I request a withdrawal for the max $2,500 on Feb 21st.  It is still showing as pending on 4/7.  I'm only a few days away from 7 weeks!  I get the same response from them "Because of the football season ending it is taking a little more time for withdrawals to be sent".  

This is BS but nothing unusual for me with these guys.  If I don't see the check by next Friday I'm done with them.  They've raked thousands from pots in poker that I've played and yet I get the same BS.  

Will update when I get the check or it is processed.

I might add that I had $22k in my account a couple years ago and it took a while to get 9 ($2500) checks for that but they do pay.  They paid ever dollar to me - but the waiting is disturbing.

They closed my accounts. But they are notorious for having forever to pay, this shouldn't be surprising. 

Just don't understand where these "positive reviews" came from. Maybe from their own twitter idk.

4/13 UPDATE:

Last Tuesday they sent me a message saying due to the delay they would process my withdrawal as a MG or WU transaction if that would work for me.  Of course, I said yes, and they said it would be ready in 3-5 business days.

This morning I receive a message with a MG ID and all the necessary info.  I immediately went to wal mart and RECEIVED MY MONEY in 5 minutes. 

All said and done, it took 7 weeks on the dot to get my cash.  This could've ended much worse...

My suggestion guys is to call once a day and live chat once a day.  Everytime you get on the phone be very polite and ask for supervisors.  Yelling and threatening will get you nowhere.  Tell the supervisor that you're very active on social media and gaming related forums and you'd love to give them a good review regarding the entire situation, but considering how it's going thus far that's getting less and less likely. We as US citizens have no leverage whatsoever except for word of mouth.  If you threaten to tell the whole world that they're thieves they may be inclined to process your request.

I've never done a bankwire, but just tried it with this site for 1000.

I don't care how long it takes, I just want my money. I've never cashed out on this site before and only did via check at other sites.

I'm still waiting on mine! Rolling into week 8 and I get the same reason each time I go on live chat - football season payouts etc. are causing delays.  Well.. if there are delays they should let you know before you put your money in. I'm sure we'll all get paid - but 8 weeks compared to their 3-5 week timeline is BS.  

I'll keep everyone posted as to when the check gets sent.

Call everyday, ask for a supervisor, and threaten to blow them up on social media sites and forums.  Be calm and polite.  Worked for me - good luck.
