I made a small wager that pays big. I've decided to hedge it.
Was wondering if anyone has any experience betting in Reno. I just need to go to enough books to put the amount I'm going to hedge.
How many casinos with sportsbooks are there?
and
What are the maxes for each sportsbook?
I made a few calls but they said it was illegal for them to tell me that information. One of them told me the max was 1k (to win on favs, to risk on dogs). So if that's the common number I'm looking at going to around 6 sportsbooks to bet what I want to hedge.
I would hate getting there and finding out there isn't enough books to take the total amount of what I want to throw down (7k to win 5kish). Vegas would require a lot more time and time is not something I have much of at the moment.
