Renegeing on Payout

Will someone please respond to this with good advise. I placed a $50 parlay bet with "SPORTSBETTINGONLINE.AG" and won the bet that pays out $500. Several  weeks ago today I requested a payout, sending the money to my banking account. After giving it time to process, I contacted SBO asking about my pending payout in which they reply that their banking system has already processed the transaction. As of now I have not got that payout and I found out that someone at SBO closed my account even if I wanted to make any future bets! Well, I'm fine with that but I wont what is owe to me especially since I have been a loyal devoted customer for 4 years. Is anyone else having payouts problems with this betting site....if so, is there anything or anyone I can do or say to resolve this. I really feel shaky about the whole thing because I should have been paid already. Thanks for anything you can offer.
