Recommendations for a sportsbook? 5 dimes is screwing meimes is screwing me

 Anyone have any recommendations for a Sportsbook?  5 Dimes is completely screwing me.  You have to deposit strictly by Bitcoin (which cost me money every time) to get their fast Bitcoin payout.  If you use your card, the only way to get a payout is by check which could take up to 2 weeks.  By the way, then when you finally get a Bitcoin payout, it cost you to cash in the Bitcoin.  I've done about 20 deposits in the last 40 days or so and about 15 have been using Bitcoin and they just denied my Bitcoin payout.

You can still use bitcoin as a withdrawal method they just say if you don’t use bitcoin as a deposit method you can’t use the payout bitcoin method regularly. You can still do one a week.
