5dimes cuts winners off, pinny does not.

That is true, although most don't know about doing that and bottom line you are skirting the law. 

Even If I use a vpn, when it comes time to withdraw I'm gonna have to provide my id most likely which will have my address on it. Unless I use bitcoin and they don't ask for my id. The two sites I liked to use greek and pinnacle don't offer bitcoin from what I can tell. 

A quick summary of how you withdraw when using a vpn would be appreciated. 

But the differences are narrow by in my opinion.  5dimes has taken advantage of pinny leaving the US and they have become a better book over the years.  No complaints here the only hassle with playing offshore is getting the money there and back here - and that is all due to the US government.
