If you're not American, I would suggest bet365 for promotion and quick payouts, Pinnacle if you like the best odds and quick payouts.
No experience with Sports Interaction, or Bodog, I believe they give good bonuses, but their lines aren't horrible, but I've never made a withdrawal from them.

give sports.ag a try, you'll get a first time 100% free plays match bonus and they have reload bonuses, I signed up at the beginning of baseball and received a withdraw last month, only bad thing is I had to wait about 2 months but that don't bother me as long as the check finally comes. 
Americas cardroom has a good sportsbook but don't use their poker, seems fishy and rigged on many of the big pots, I get it in good too much on big pots but come out bad, too easy to be up against cheaters online in my opinion.
