If I buy Bitcoin from an ATM, that transfers the bitcoin to a wallet that I scan at said ATM. The guy in the video I watched used CoPay as an app on his phone. So now let's say I have $100 worth of Bitcoin at this wallet at CoPay. Is it possible to just transfer it from CoPay to any of my sports books, rather than use that dum blockchain thing that seems to take forever? Does anyone know?

The first response you got is referring to the fact that the "blockchain" is the core concept behind all of bitcoin.
There is also a site that a lot of people use blockchain.info to keep an online wallet and store their coins.
To try and answer your question - if you have a copay wallet and that is where you transfer your BTC after you buy it at the ATM - there is no need to transfer it to your blockchain.info wallet.

"That dumb blockchain thing" is ambiguous.
