On April 7, 2026 I submitted a withdrawal of $2,000. I have not received a penny and we're going on three months now. I chatted the cashier, verified my rollover requirements were met, and she said they release withdrawals in batches. Just a bullshit line. My withdrawal is listed as "pending", and the website is functioning normally(I can make bets, play in the casino, and my balances are tracked just like nothing is wrong. My Gold VIP status has been revoked so I am unable to play in tournaments for free.
Don't waste your money on this crooked book! They love to take deposits knowing they won't be paying any money out. If you go to San Juan Costa Rica give them my one finger greeting!
