What could possibly go wrong? Only that this violates lots of laws. For starters, interstate gambling, and throw in a little bit or wire act while you are at it. Jeesh.
What laws does it violate? It is legal to bet sports in New Jersey. Its the same as you sending your buddy money for a fantasy league or even giving him money to throw on future bets or a game when in Vegas. This is totally legal we have researched it thoroughly

What this Site is proposing Has been Illegal in the State of Nevada for at least 25 years and is considered a Felony.
Actually they have proxies in Vegas. Go look at the Hilton Contest they use a proxy and have said so. There are also shops there that act as a proxy it is legal in Vegas. As long as you are physically located there or in any jurisdiction that allows sports wagering you can act as a proxy. We are located in New Jersey so it is legal

Is it actually illegal to interstate bet IF you also live in a Sports betting statement Like we only allow Sports betting at WV Lottery affiliated Casinos. I do not think there is anything wrong with IN state proxy betting. Not everyone is gonna drive 4 hours to place a bet.
Also ... the idea above is a BIT stingy. Just my opinion, but unless you are making a specific trip for one bet, then a great feature would be to ONLY charge a fee on winning bets.
I've read that almost 10% of all BIG or VIP betting is done via Proxy, but that was more towards Blackjack and such. I'M SURE IT'S WAAAAY MORE with Sports betting.
However again, if you take paypal then sure asking the minor money acceptance fee is okay. Personally people should use Cash App for something like this .... You actually could even give a trusted someone a card to bet with. So that their winning money could even go directly to them. I mean Business IS Business but if you help someone make a bet and they don't pay you the fee .... okay don't bet for them again ..... I guess it's all about how much you know about tech. Because you don't need a crew of people on GameDay to be at casinos ... this is a 1 person business all the way. If you are trust worthy ... My casino would not mind at all if I was there 24/7 because it's attached to a hotel and If im playing, then so be it. I like Cards, but it's nothing to place sports betshoes and submit info to people...
But people can let me know what they see wrong or what they feel is wrong with my idea. Im not currently doing this but I have thought about asking about it. Because in some casinos proxy Blackjack is okay as long as you have no devices other than a simple Bluetooth toggle.
