MAJOR ISSUE - PLEASE HELP

Hey guys, so I'm having bit of a problem. Keep in mind I am located in Canada. For the last 6 months or so I have been withdrawing from heritage sports via bit coin. Book->Blockchain->Circle->Bank. As we all know, circle is no longer available for some reasons and since I am in Canada, I can only DEPOSIT on coinbase with my bank card, and can not SELL my bitcoin from coinbase back to my bank account.

My only options I have to withdraw is moneygram/bitcoin/cheque. 

Does anyone know another bitcoin exchange I can use being in Canada or any insight on the best way i can withdraw from heritage. If anyone can help me get my $ that would be great.
