Just had an incident where I won a 3 leg parlay, they took my money, it showed as an open bet on my end, a few days later it was still pending even though the events were finished. I contacted chat and they issued my buy in back claiming that the system never took the bet. Everything looked legitimate on my end, they took my money and wager showed as a pending bet, they never contacted me then it won and they wouldnt honor it and pointed to some rule where its their discretion of a technical issue. Very shady, I will never wager there again and I was a very loyal customer. I screen shot the conversation for anyone that is interested.

i used to love heritage. i was with them for years. as of the last year, their customer service has been awful, especially their live chat. i've talked to a few reps, and threatened multiple times to close my account. they pulled a very shady move, after years of offering discounted -108 lines, to then opt them into bonus if you take the reduced juice. when i tried to pull some funds, they hit me with the i accepted the bonus schpiel. i had no clue what they were talking about, and when they told me reduced juice had always been a bonus, i was done. i won more than my last deposit and tried to pull my funds on saturday. apparently they no longer allow withdraws on weekends? that place has gone way down hill. i stick with bookmaker and betonline now. never had a problem since. i hope you get it figured out. heritage sucks, their customer service sucks, and their website is clunky and outdated. they also offer very little derivative plays

honestly its crazy. I have bet over 50k with them in the last quarter, mostly several $100 bets per day and they were not willing to work with me over $100? Seriously, what keeps them from just saying, system never accepted bet, even though everything on my end looks like every other bet ive ever made?? Its chump change and I told them I would expose them on reddit and forums because it was so shady. They acted like they couldnt care less. Cashing out all of my money and moving on from there. I really liked their cash back program (almost 1% cash back on bets) and I liked their 20 point teasers, but if you cant trust them, its not worth doing business with them.

Sorry that sucks all sorts of ASS.... I had LSU to win the National Title Last year. I took them in Week 2 at like +900... My payout was $11,000 and my book never paid me either. Then cancelled my access. I had to have my bank issue me a refund for the deposit, but still lost out on $11k. Off Shore usually okay, but can do whatever they want.

I first noticed this problem with Heritage Sports last week and when I called them out on it, they blamed a third party service but it reached its apex on Saturday, Oct 24 as the OP says.
I recommend that nobody uses Heritage if you care about being paid for winning wagers.

Not true. I had a clear screen shot of a wager I won that was made during “in-play wagering” and they graded it as a no bet despite being accepted because it was a “bad line”.
I believe the OP. Heritage must have been having some bad months with COVID and are nickel and diming players but it is not smart as the competition is increasing.
