help bitcoin payout from heritage

im trying to make my first withdraw from heritage using bitcoin

ive went to my blockchain account "request"

filled out amount and description

copied address , then it says to copy link

went back to heritage payout page pasted in what i copied link and nothing !! still says required field in red .

appreciate any help folks

now im seeing that i have to sign up my account for bitcoin and deposit thru bitcoin in order to withdraw from bitcoin .

thats wierd because ive made a deposit thru bitcoin before and it went thru with out ever having to complete any forms.

my normal deposit method was thru debit card. this is gnna be a pain !! im up pretty good and want to make withdraws asap
