I know this is the college football forum but I thought I would warn some of you guys. I'm a long time satisfied customer at Heritage but things have changed. Their customer service is now HORRIBLE. They won't even allow many of their customers to call them anymore. All of their "customer service" is online chat only and if their site goes down or you can't place a bet, you're screwed. They are just awful now. Very disappointed. AVOID HERITAGE.

Yeah I had the same thing. Their site screwed up and I called and they said they will make a one time exception, but chat only from now on.

They won't allow me to call at all and they changed their website today so that everything is f*cked up. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS BOOK.

if you are winning long term play only at sharp books. all other books are garbage regardless of bonuses and all the perks they may give.

I've been a winning player and I've never had a problem with Heritage. They always had great customer service but now they're just stealing money from people. DO NOT SIGN UP THERE.

When you have a problem placing a bet, any problem at all with their new website, they won't let you call them for help and they won't give a sh!t about you in the online chat. Basically, if their website goes down it must be the customer's fault and their new site is garbage with all sorts of problems. They always had great customer service but now it's horrible. No phone calls allowed, no service to the customer, no matter what. It's like they decided to troll everyone and their "bad service" is now their new permanent policy. Good luck with them.

Man you're fkn stupid!!!, and whats wrong with live chat???? when companies change their websites it takes a while to work the kinks out so calm the fk down you'll be ok in a few days,,,, sounds like you're mad because you lost a huge bet last night or something,,,,, also if you keep fkn around they'll bring a law suit on your a ss so you better make sure you aint telling some fibs!!!

If you only knew how funny you kids are,Heritage is a great book.No,I don't care if everyone there dies tonight! I have no agenda.One day,years from now,you will see how locals suck and how good Heritage is,you children are hilarious!! You don't know,and you don't know that you don't know!!
